1. Overview

This policy explains how RedSpace handles copyright, trademark, and intellectual property concerns. Users are responsible for making sure they have the rights to any content they upload or share.

2. User Responsibility

Users must only post content that:

They created
They own
They have permission to use
Is licensed for their use
Does not infringe another person’s rights

3. Prohibited IP Behaviour

Users must not:

Upload copyrighted images, videos, music, text, or other material without permission
Use another brand’s logo in a misleading way
Impersonate a brand, creator, or organisation
Sell or distribute stolen creative work
Remove copyright notices
Use RedSpace to promote counterfeit goods

4. Copyright Complaints

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on RedSpace, contact: jaydongoulding1@gmail.com Include:

Your full name
Your contact details
A description of the copyrighted work
A link, screenshot, username, or details of the RedSpace content involved
A statement that you believe the use is unauthorised
A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate

5. RedSpace Response

RedSpace may:

Remove or restrict content
Contact the user who posted it
Suspend repeat infringers
Request more information
Restore content if a complaint appears mistaken

6. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be restricted, suspended, or deleted.

7. RedSpace Intellectual Property

The RedSpace name, brand, logo, design, features, interface, and original materials belong to RedSpace or its licensors. Users must not copy, reproduce, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse RedSpace intellectual property without permission.
