Last updated: 15 June 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains how RedSpace may handle legal requests, law enforcement requests, preservation requests, and safety-related disclosures.

2. Valid Legal Requests

  • Contact details for verification

3. Preservation Requests

RedSpace may preserve relevant account, content, message, report, or technical information where legally required or where necessary for safety, fraud, abuse, or security investigations.

4. Emergency Requests

If there is an immediate risk of serious harm, emergency services or appropriate authorities should be contacted first. In the UK, call 999 in an emergency.

5. User Notice

Where legally permitted and appropriate, RedSpace may notify users about legal requests affecting their account. RedSpace may delay or withhold notice where prohibited by law or where notice could create safety, fraud, abuse, or investigation risks.
