This policy explains how RedSpace may handle legal requests, law enforcement requests, preservation requests, and safety-related disclosures.
2. Valid Legal Requests
RedSpace may respond to valid legal requests where required by law. Requests should clearly identify:
- The authority making the request
- The legal basis for the request
- The account or content involved
- The information requested
- The time period covered
- Contact details for verification
3. Preservation Requests
RedSpace may preserve relevant account, content, message, report, or technical information where legally required or where necessary for safety, fraud, abuse, or security investigations.
4. Emergency Requests
If there is an immediate risk of serious harm, emergency services or appropriate authorities should be contacted first. In the UK, call 999 in an emergency.
5. User Notice
Where legally permitted and appropriate, RedSpace may notify users about legal requests affecting their account. RedSpace may delay or withhold notice where prohibited by law or where notice could create safety, fraud, abuse, or investigation risks.

Depending on app features and retention, RedSpace may hold:

- Uploaded media
- Direct messages
- Reports
- Moderation records
- Security logs
- Authentication records
- Device or app technical information
7. Limits
